3. Custom Artwork and Creative Interpretation
By placing an order, you understand that our artwork involves creative interpretation. The final portrait may not be an exact replica of the photo submitted.
We may adjust elements such as lighting, color, background, composition, fur details, facial expression, proportions, and artistic style in order to create the final artwork.
While we aim to create a beautiful and meaningful portrait, we do not guarantee that the finished artwork will match every customer’s personal expectation or preference.
4. Customer Photo Requirements
You are responsible for submitting a clear and suitable photo of your pet.
For best results, submitted photos should:
- Clearly show the pet’s face and features
- Be well-lit
- Not be blurry or heavily filtered
- Show the pet from a suitable angle
- Not contain copyrighted, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material
If the photo you submit is low quality, unclear, cropped, dark, or otherwise difficult to use, the final artwork may be affected.
We may contact you to request a better photo, but we are not obligated to do so before beginning your order.
5. Rights to Uploaded Photos
By uploading a photo or submitting content to Pet Magic Studio, you confirm that:
- You own the photo or have permission to use it
- You have the right to submit the photo to us
- The photo does not infringe the rights of any third party
- The photo does not contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
You grant Pet Magic Studio and our service providers the right to use, edit, reproduce, and process your submitted photo solely as necessary to create, fulfill, produce, ship, support, and improve your order.

6. Marketing Use of Customer Photos and Artwork
We may ask for your permission to use your submitted pet photo, finished artwork, product mockup, review, testimonial, or customer content for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, advertisements, email campaigns, or other promotional materials.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of submission, we will not intentionally use your personal photo, pet photo, or custom artwork in marketing materials without your consent.
If you give us permission to use your content for marketing, you grant Pet Magic Studio a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, and share that content for promotional purposes.
You may contact us to request removal of marketing content featuring your pet or artwork. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from materials we control, although we may not be able to remove content that has already been printed, shared, reposted, archived, or distributed by third parties.
7. Personal Use Only
All custom artwork, digital files, prints, mugs, and other products purchased from Pet Magic Studio are for personal, non-commercial use only unless we provide written permission otherwise.
You may not resell, reproduce, distribute, license, modify for resale, or commercially exploit our artwork, designs, product images, website content, or finished products.
Commercial use of artwork created by Pet Magic Studio is strictly prohibited without our prior written approval.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, artwork styles, layouts, website design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Pet Magic Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell, or exploit any part of our website, products, artwork, or services without our written permission.
The pet photo you submit remains yours or the property of its rightful owner. However, the final custom artwork, design composition, style application, product mockup, and related creative output produced by Pet Magic Studio are protected as part of our service and may not be commercially exploited without permission.
9. Revisions
We may offer a limited number of revisions depending on the product purchased and the stage of the order.
Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments, such as minor changes to details, colors, cropping, or layout.
Revisions do not include:
- Changing to a completely different pet photo after artwork has started
- Requesting a completely different art style
- Recreating the entire artwork from scratch
- Changes requested after the order has been approved, printed, shipped, or delivered
- Changes caused by poor-quality original photos
We reserve the right to refuse revision requests that are unreasonable, excessive, outside the scope of the original order, or impossible to complete.
10. Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production or artwork creation has already started.
Once your artwork, production, printing, or fulfillment has begun, your order cannot be canceled.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. We will confirm whether your order is eligible.
11. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer preference, change of mind, dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation, ordering the wrong size, or submitting a low-quality photo.
All custom artwork sales are final once the order has started.
However, we may offer a replacement, correction, or other solution if:

12. Digital Downloads
If you purchase a digital product, you will receive a digital artwork file only. No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated in the product description.
Digital download sales are final once the file has been created, delivered, or made available to you.
You are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up your digital file.
Colors may appear differently across screens, printers, paper types, and third-party print providers. We are not responsible for print quality issues if you choose to print the digital file through a third party.
13. Physical Products, Printing, and Color Variation
For physical products such as framed prints and mugs, the final product may vary slightly from the images shown on our website or digital previews.
You understand that:

- Print placement may vary slightly
- Frames, materials, and product finishes may vary depending on supplier availability
- Product images and mockups are for illustration purposes only
- Minor differences in color, cropping, alignment, or texture are not considered defects

14. Free Gifts and Promotional Offers

Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, including minimum purchase amounts, eligible product types, limited-time availability, and stock availability.
